Weapon multi hit zomboid.
There is a mod for that, it's called multihit limiter. It allows you to toggle what weapons, the strength and fitness you need and the weapon skill needed to activate multi hit. To be fair, short 1-handed weapons aren't that easy to multi-hit, it's actually very hard. I think that's realistic considering their size.

I am on Windows 10, and i n any game mode I am unable to push more than one zombie at a time, Survivor mode or Sandbox with multi-hit selected. I think high strength characters are boring af but if you insist on playing one maybe try to increase zombie count and/or use the customizable zombies mod and set sprinters to like 5%.

Just like how some folks burn down massive hordes of zombies, or use the crate and fence tactic. Most people talk about multi hit without knowing the weapon stats. Even with with multi hit on, there is a limited amount of zombies you can hit at once with said weapon. Number of zeds that can be hit was increased for them from 1 to 3 - which seems excessive for crowbar and golf club.
