There are none that are free for OTC. You can try InteractiveBroker or TDA. I do not. Though I haven't researched others as I have been with TD Ameritrade for a while. Not sure if you will find any cheaper than $6.95 that will allow you to trade OTC, but you might. Yeah, I can't put that much money into this.
