You can also change your substitution settings in the sliders to where they won't sub when tired. My starters are not playing in franchise mode. My depth chart is correct, but when it comes to in-game play, all of my bench guys come in and my starters don’t re-enter the game. Turn the setting back on. Then go to practice and set it for half pads and backups. After that your starters fatigue will go back up. Then turn the setting off. Repeat until their stamina is fully restored. None of these responses are correct unfortunately. The week to week fatigue is new and as with anything new in EA MADDEN it is broken.
