The short answer is no, the Holosun 50&k has a different footprint than the 407k. The 507k uses the same mounting plate as the HS507C, so it will fit in any optic that accepts an RMR/SRO. The 407K will not fit in those optics. The reason for this is that the 50&k has a shorter housing and a slightly different shape than the 407k.The Holosun 507c and 507k do not have the same footprint.
